Treat yourself to a 6 week program to help you recover from stress, anxiety, depression and burnout. We will focus on Yogic techniques for body, mind and spirit and each week you will receive a small take home practice to support you between sessions. Wednesdays Starting Jan 12, 2022 from 7-8:15pm *please not that this program is not for treating mental illness, but will help aid in the recovery of stress and burnout. If you are suffering from mental illness please contact a trained professional. *If Covid Restrictions come into effect, this course will be offered ONLINE- no refunds.
Cancellation Policy: Trainings and Workshops: No Refunds. All workshops & trainings require 72 hour notice of cancellation by phone or email. You will receive credit (minus 25% cancellation fee) to be used for future trainings or workshops by Carly Brown. If you cancel within 72 hours of a workshop or training, your payment will be forfeited, and no credit will be given. No shows will receive no credit. Early Bird Payment Details: Pay in full by the early bird date to receive the early bird pricing or your registration will be updated to reflect the regular pricing. Bodywork & Yoga Therapy Services: No Refunds. All appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation by phone or email. You will receive a full credit to be used at a future date. If you cancel within 24 hours of an appointment, your payment will be forfeited and no credit will be given. No shows will receive no credit. Private Policy: All that is discussed with clients is strictly confidential. All session forms & client information will be stored in a secure, locked space, and only Carly has access to them. All electronic files are password protected.
