I really enjoy the mornings Carly! It’s lovely in the morning when everything is still. But whatever works for everybody I’m good with and being able to revisit is a great bonus if you miss the practice.

Love the way you guide your practices and how you informatively incorporate the yoga culture into the practices, to leave us with some learnings as well. The cost is more than reasonable, where can one go to classes for 30.00 a month and have the opportunity to structure them on your own time. I get pretty excited daily to open my virtual studio, read the community page with like minded yogis and come to my mat with Carly!!! Thank you Carly 🙏🏼😊💞
