I am really enjoying the morning classes Carly. Like others I definitely fell off the rails for a bit but feel like I am back on track. The morning classes are helping me re-establish a better sleep routine again. Really enjoying the online classes. So thankful that you are offering them.

I really enjoy the morning practice Carly. It is a great start to the day. December tends to be a busy month so I appreciate that it may be harder for people to commit to 6 am.
