Having the accountability of having the entire group live is definitely what helps to keep me coming back, along with just how great it makes me feel to get up early and start my day right:) We don't want you getting burnt out so whatever works best for you Carly! I'd be happy with a Monday and Wednesday morning practice, I also love restorative evening classes so again whatever works out best with your in person practice and the rest of life!:)

I can't quite figure out how to explain what I was thinking at the end of tonights circle, the mind is so strange that way. We have so many thought and can't always find a way to express them. I found it very interesting when you said "a yogi should never be bored, we always have the mind to be working on". I'm consistently trying to work on myself but I feel like I tend to come back to the same introspective thoughts over and over again. I'm not sure if maybe there is a barrier I need to break through to reach a deeper level of thinking? All in all I loved tonights circle! I'm excited to learn more in the course starting in just a couple of weeks, and maybe thats where I will learn how to "work on the mind" in a deeper way:)

Carly, I first fell in love with the way you teach practices in class, and now since I've moved again to a different town, along with Covid restrictions, the virtual studio is what has kept me grounded and growing over the past couple months. $30 a month has been more than reasonable for me because it has given me an amazing new routine, with a lovely community. I'm still early on in my own journey but I have learned so much from these virtual practices and I'm so excited to continue further. Thank you Carly!:)
