Sadly my morning practice routine got derailed with the time change 😢 I don’t know why it was so tough this year. I definitely will get back on track next week. I’ve been missing it!! Even classes would be fun too. I would be up for that ❤️

The virtual studio has been such a blessing. I was so excited when she launched this platform. It is like having a yoga library at my fingertips. There are so many wonderful practices to choose from to suit my mood or needs that day. I love the morning livestream classes. It has been beautiful to know I’m waking up with so many others and starting my day in this place of grounding and peace. Carly‘s practices and teachings are such a gift for the body, mind and soul ❤️🙏
