I did the lateral and deep hip class this morning and it was wonderful!

Looking forward to these! I'm really feeling the effects of bad posture on my shoulders the more I work from home at my make-shift desk/dining room table.

I first experienced one of Carly's classes on a visit home and enjoyed it so much! I am so grateful that the virtual studio allows me to continue to practice with and learn from Carly from a distance! The classes on the virtual studio go beyond the physical practice of yoga. The lessons and teachings that Carly instills in every class have given me the gift of looking at myself and the world around me from a more calm and grounded perspective. The virtual studio not only provides a wide variety of pre-recorded and live classes, guided meditations and talks, but also the feeling of being part of a wonderful community during a time when being together is not an option. Carly is an amazing and inspiring teacher and I am so thankful for the support that she provides through the AWC Virtual Studio!
